How easy is it to install?

Typically it takes under an hour to install a plumbed in water cooler using a DIY installation kit, no pipes will be cut and there is no copper piping or soldering involved. The water dispenser must be within 1.5 meters of an electrical outlet socket. Is our water supply suitable to connect to?

Probably, as most of the mains water supplied in the UK is food grade quality all day every day and is therefore perfectly safe to drink. If you intend to source your water from a private supply, or are in any doubt about your water quality we strongly advise you to contact your local water authority.

Do all components conform to British Standards?

Stainless steel pipe work and interiors that are in contact with water are of a medical grade. Filters are British made and are approved by Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS), the governing body who oversee that all equipment fitted to mains water supply comply with water bylaws.

How long will it take for my Water Cooler to arrive?

We normally dispatch next day and ask you to allow 7-10 days for delivery. In the unlikely event that delivery may exceed 10 days we will notify you before processing the order, giving you the option to cancel.
